At Evolve Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't performing as expected, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your skateboard and accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our technical inspection hub.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the board, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
